Stabilized Whipped Cream Icing

  • 4 cups Confectioner's (Icing) Sugar
  • 1 cup Whipping Cream

Step 1

Combine whipping cream and sugar in mixing bowl. Whip to soft peak stage.


  • 2 tablespoons Piping Gel
  • 12 teaspoon Vanilla Extract

Step 2

Add piping gel and vanilla, then continue to whip stiff peaks.
