Steak Marinade

  • 14 cup Vegetable or Olive Oil
  • 14 cup Soy Sauce
  • 23 cup Balsamic Vinegar

Step 1

Mix everything in a bowl.

Step 2

Place 2-3 lbs of flank steak into a ziplock baggie. Pour marinade over the steaks. Seal, and toss steak around. Place in fridge overnight.

Step 3

When you are ready to cook, season the steaks with salt and pepper before cooking.

Step 4

Preheat grill or large skillet for medium-high heat. Grill skirt steaks for about 5 minutes per side, or to your desired degree of doneness. Remove from the heat, let the meat rest for 5-10 minutes to let the juices settle. Cut each steak along the grain.
