Steak and Kiwi Salad

  • pinch Sea Salt
  • 5 ounces Steak, lean, broiled

Step 1

Spray steak with cooking spray and dash some sea-salt

Step 2

Broil, let cool for 10 min than thinly slice Steak


  • 1 head Lettuce
  • 1 cup Cucumber, sliced

Step 3

Gently wash, dry and chop the bibb lettuce. Slice the cucumber.


  • 1 Avocado

Step 4

Peel the avocado and slice into sections


  • 4 Kiwis, peeled and sliced

Step 5

Peel the Kiwi and slice into sections


  • 3 tablespoons Sherry Vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon Mustard
  • 2 tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Honey
  • pinch Ground Black Pepper

Step 6

Place the ingredients for the vinaigrette in a bowl and whisk to combine.

Step 7

Gently toss the sliced cucumbers, bibb lettuce and fruit with the vinaigrette

Step 8

Make a bed of bibb lettuce and sliced cucumbers on each plate. Arrange the avocado sections on top. Place the kiwi slices in the center. Than add steak to top it off.
