Sticky Soy Pork With Watermelon |

A sticky treat for two, these pork skewers aren't too heavy thanks to the watermelon

Step 1
Heat the grill to medium-high. Toss the pork with the soy sauce in a bowl then thread onto four skewers. Grill, turning and brushing with any leftover soy sauce until the meat is just cooked through, browned and sticky.

Meanwhile, mix the sesame oil, garlic, lime juice and sugar then season with salt. Peel then thinly slice the watermelon. Toss the melon and coriander into the dressing and leave for 5 minutes to steep. Serve with the pork and its sticky juices, scattered with the spring onions and sesame seeds.
