Ingredients
Step 1
In dry wok, toast almonds until light brown. Set aside.

Step 2
Heat sesame oil in wok until hot.

Step 3
Toss snow peas until hot but not until they lose their bright green color.

Step 4
Add toasted almonds. Add chili paste and soy sauce and toss another 20-30 seconds. Remove from wok to keep peas from continuing to cook.
