Strawberry Champagne Punch

Directions

Ingredients

  • 2 Strawberries, frozen, sliced strawberries in syrup, thawed
  • 2 cans Apricot Nectar, (5 1/2 oz each)
  • 14 cup Lemon Juice
  • 2 tablespoons Honey
  • 2 bottles Champagne, or Sparkling Wine, Chilled
  • Strawberries, fresh, cut in halves

Step 1

Place strawberries with syrup in blender, process until smooth. Pour pureed strawberries in punch bowl, add nectar, lemon juice and honey, blend well.
 

Step 2

Refrigerate until serving time. To serve, stir in champagne (or sparkling wine) Garnish with strawberry halves.
 

Step 3

***To save time, thaw strawberries in refrigerator the day before.
