Strawberry Rhubarb Pie

Strawberry Rhubarb Pie

  • 2 Refrigerated Pie Crust
  • 2 cups Rhubarb, cut into 1 inch pieces
  • 2 cups Strawberries, sliced in half

Step 1

Heat over to 400 degrees. Place rhubarb and strawberries mixed togerther on bottom pie crust in a pie pan.


  • 1 14 cups Sugar
  • 3 tablespoons Flour
  • 12 teaspoon Nutmeg
  • 3 tablespoons Butter, melted
  • 2 Eggs, slightly beaten

Step 2

Mix together sugar, flour, nutmeg, butter, and eggs. Pour over fruit.


  • Granulated Sugar

Step 3

Top with other pie crust, making vents in top. Sprinkle granulated sugar on top. Bake for 30 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 degrees, and bake till rhubarb is tender.
