Stuffed Chicken Rolls

Crock pot cooked chicken cordon bleu.

Directions

Ingredients

  • 6 Chicken Breasts, large-sized, halved
  • 6 slices Deli Swiss, or Provolone
  • 6 slices Tavern Ham

Step 1

Flatten chicken to 1/8 inch. Place ham and cheese on each breast. Roll up and tuck ends secure with toothpick.

Ingredients

  • 14 cup Flour
  • 14 teaspoon Paprika
  • 12 teaspoon Dried Rubbed Sage
  • 14 Pepper
  • 14 cup Parmesan Cheese

Step 2

Combine flour, parmesan, sage, paprika, and pepper. Coat chicken on all sides. Cover and refrigerate for one hour.

Ingredients

  • 14 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Step 3

Brown chicken in oil in skillet. Transfer to slow cooker.

Ingredients

  • 1 can Canned Cream of Chicken Soup
  • 12 cup Chicken Broth

Step 4

Combine soup and broth. Pour over chicken. Cook on low 4-5 hours.
