Stuffed French Toast

Stuffed French Toast

  • 10 slices Bread
  • 1 container Cream Cheese, 8 oz (or strawberry cream cheese)

Step 1

Spread cream cheese lightly onto 5 slices of bread. Place another slice of bread on top cream cheese, making a sandwich.


  • 12 cup Milk
  • 14 cup Sugar
  • 12 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • Cinnamon
  • 6 large Egg

Step 2

Combine milk, sugar, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and eggs in a bowl; beat well with a wire whisk. Put bread slices in a 13x9 pan. Pour milk mixture evenly over bread slices. Cover and chill 1 hour or until liquid is absorbed.


  • 12 cup Frozen Strawberries in Syrup, (optional)

Step 3

Coat a large nonstick skillet with cooking spray, and place over medium heat until hot. Arrange bread slices in skillet, sprinkle a little cinnamon on top, and cook. Turn bread over, and cook other side until browned; remove from skillet. Cut slices in half diagonally.
