Stuffed Meatloaf

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees f.


  • 1 12 pounds Ground Beef
  • 1 small Onion, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 cup Dry Breadcrumbs

Step 2

In a bowl, add ground beef, onion, garlic powder, salt, pepper, 1 egg, and breadcrumbs. Mix thoroughly.

Step 3

Place the meat mixture in a greased rectangular fruitcake-style dish, shape the edges up the sides to leave space in the middle for filling.


  • 5 ounces Bacon
  • 1 cup Cream Cheese
  • 3 12 ounces Mozzarella Cheese, sliced
  • 3 Eggs

Step 4

Spread the bacon in the opening, then pour in cream cheese, then put mozzarella slices, and then 3 eggs on top. Bake for 1 hour.
