Super Moist Pumpkin Bread

Outstanding moist pumpkin bread that will sink into your teeth and melt in your mouth!



Step 1

Preheat oven 350 degrees F


  • 1 34 cups Flour
  • 14 teaspoon Salt
  • 12 teaspoon Nutmeg
  • 12 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 1 14 cups Sugar

Step 2

Sift dry ingredients together. Set aside


  • 2 medium Eggs
  • 12 cup Canola Oil
  • 13 cup Water
  • 1 cup Pumpkin

Step 3

Combine eggs, oil, water, and pumpkin, mix well.

Step 4

Add pumpkin mix to dry mix just until lightly blended

Step 5

Stir in chopped nuts (optional)

Step 6

Grease 9x5x3 bread dish. Muffin pan is optional also. Just cut back your baking time to 15-20 min.

Step 7

Bake at 350 for 60-75 minutes

Step 8

Remove from over. Let cool 3-5 min and put bread directly into ziploc bag to secure moisture. Expect residue in the bag. Store bread in ziploc bag for best results! ENJOY!
