Hot fresh donuts filled with your choice of dulce de leche, jam or chocolate dulce de leche.

Step 1

Proof 5 teaspoons or two packets of dry yeast with a little warm water and a little sugar. 3 cups of flour 1/2 cup of sugar 1 cup of warm milk 1 cup of fluffy baked potato Mix ingredients into proofed yeast to form a dough. Let rise and punch down - roll out and cut into desired shape let rise again then fry in 350 degree oil until golden. Drain and cool then fill with your favorite flavors - sprinkle with powdered sugar and enjoy.
