Taco Meat

  • 1 12 tablespoons Flour
  • 1 12 tablespoons Chili Powder
  • 12 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 12 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 12 teaspoon Seasoning Salt
  • 12 teaspoon Smoked Paprika
  • 14 teaspoon Ground Cumin
  • 12 teaspoon Garlic Salt
  • 14 teaspoon Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Minced Onion
  • 12 teaspoon Instant Beef Bouillon Granules
  • 14 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper

Step 1

In a medium bowl, combine the flour, chili powder, onion powder, garlic powder, and seasoned salt. Stir in the smoked paprika, cumin, garlic salt, and sugar. Blend in the onion powder, bouillon, and ground red pepper, stirring until all spices are well blended.


  • 1 13 pounds Ground Beef

Step 2

Crumble the ground beef into a large skillet over medium heat. Cook, stirring, until browned. Remove from heat, rinse meat with hot water, and drain water and grease from beef.


  • 1 cup Water

Step 3

Return meat to skillet, and pour in seasoning. Stir in water. Reduce heat to medium-low, and simmer until most of the liquid has cooked away, about 20 minutes.
