  • 1 tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Step 1

In a skillet, heat the Olive Oil over med-high.

Ingredients

  • 12 pound Ground Beef
  • 14 cup Red Onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic, chopped
  • 2 teaspoons Chili Powder
  • 12 teaspoon Ground Cumin
  • 14 teaspoon Salt

Step 2

Stir in Ground Beef, Onion, Garlic, Chili Powder, Cumin, & Salt.

Cook 5 min.s.

Ingredients

  • 1 Vine-Ripened Tomato, diced
  • 12 cup Fresh Cilantro, chopped

Step 4

Stir in diced Tomato & Cilantro.

Ingredients

  • 4 Avocados, halved, pitted & peeled

Step 5

Scoop a portion of the mixture into each of the halved Avocados.

Ingredients

  • Sour Cream
  • Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Step 6

Top w/ Sour Cream and Cheese.
