Tarragon Seafood Salad

  • 6 ounces Bowtie Pasta
  • 4 ounces Sugar Snap Peas, cut in half

Step 1

Cook pasta as directed, adding snap peas 1 minute before done. Drain.


  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Tarragon, or 1 tablespoon chopped fresh tarragon
  • 12 teaspoon Salt
  • 14 teaspoon Pepper
  • 3 teaspoons Minced Garlic
  • 14 pound Imitation Crab Meat, cut into 1/2" pieces

Step 2

Rinse past in cold water and drain. Gently toss in all remaining ingredients.
