Tasty Tostados

  • 1 can Canned Pinto Beans, rinsed and drained, 15 ounces

Step 1

In a food processor, blend the pinto beans until smooth. In a skillet, heat the beans on medium heat for 5 to 6 minutes.


  • 4 Tortillas, gordita style, made without lard
  • 12 cup Cabbage, finely grated
  • 1 Avocado, diced
  • 12 cup Salsa, low-sodium

Step 2

In an ungreased skillet, heat a tortilla over medium heat until it is warm and soft. Spread the bean mixture over the tortilla. Top with cabbage, avocado, and salsa. Repeat with the rest of the tortillas.
