Tawny Pumpkin Pie

  • 16 ounces Canned Pumpkin Pie Filling
  • 34 cup Brown Sugar, packed
  • 3 Eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
  • 12 teaspoon Ground Ginger
  • 12 teaspoon Salt
  • 14 teaspoon Ground Cloves

Step 1

Place pumpkin, brown sugar, eggs, cinnamon,ginger, salt, and cloves in mixer bowl. Attachbowl and flat beater to mixer. Turn to Speed 2 and mix about 30 seconds. Stop and scrap bowl.


  • 1 14 cups Milk

Step 2

Continuing on Speed 2, slowly add milk and mix about 1.5 minutes.


  • 1 Pie Crust

Step 3

Fill ready made pie crust with pumpkin mixture. Bake at 400°F for 40 to 50 minutes, or until knife inserted near center comes out clean.
