Teriyaki Broccoli

To use up broccoli stems leftover from recipes that just call for the florets.



  • 3 Broccoli Stems
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 large Clove Garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons Tamari or Liquid Aminos
  • Squeeze of Lemon Juice, (optional)

Step 1

Cut stems lengthwise in thin slices. Heat oil in large skillet. Add garlic, sautéing briefly. Add stems; sauté 3-5 minutes over medium-high heat until tender. Toss in tamari and lemon. Serves 3.
