Teriyaki Steak Kabobs

  • Bamboo Skewers
  • 3 pounds Boneless Sirloin Steak, cut into 1 inch cubes
  • 12 Canned Pineapple Chunks
  • 2 Green Peppers, cut into 1 inch pieces
  • 1 Onion, cut into large pieces
  • 1 package Mushrooms

Step 1

Soak skewers in water for 10 minutes to prevent burning. Arrange steak, pineapple, green peppers, mushrooms, and onions on skewers, alternating.


  • 1 bottle Teriyaki Sauce, or marinade
  • Garlic Powder

Step 2

Put skewers in a baking pan and pour teriyaki sauce or marinade on top to soak all the skewers. Mix in some garlic powder with the sauce. Marinade overnight.

Step 3

Grill skewers till meat is cooked through. Brush with marinade while cooking.
