Directions

Ingredients

  • 14 ounces Canned Black Beans, rinsed & drained
  • 1 12 cups Brown Basmati Rice, cooked
  • 1 Red Bell Pepper, or green pepper, diced
  • 200 grams Gouda, diced
  • 10 ounces Canned Mandarin Orange Pieces, with its juice, segments chopped
  • 12 cup Onion, and Celery, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Cilantro, chopped
  • Olive Oil, to taste
