The Most Awesome Pork Tenderloin Ever

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350.

Step 2

Spray 11"x17" baking dish with cooking spray.


  • 1 package Pork Tenderloin, a pack of 2x2.5lb tenderloins
  • 6 cloves Garlic, sliced in half lengthwise.

Step 3

Use a sharp knife to poke 6 holes along the topside of rach tenderloin going about an inch deep. Push a sliver of garlic into each hole and place the tenderloins in the baking dish.


  • 14 cup Soy Sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon Mustard
  • 4 tablespoons Honey
  • 2 tablespoons Orange Juice
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh Rosemary Leaves, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper
  • 3 tablespoons Olive Oil

Step 4

In a small bowl whisk together the soy, mustard, honey, juice, rosemary, pepper and olive oil.

Step 5

Pour the marinade over the tenderloins.

Step 6

Bake uncovered for 45 minutes, basting every 7-10 minutes. This gives the tenderloins a delicious glaze.

Step 7

Transfer the tenderloins to a large cutting board and allow them to rest for 10 minutes before slicing.

Step 8

Thinly slice the tenderloins and transfer to a serving dish or plates. Drizzle the maribade from the pan over sliced prok medallions and enjoy.
