The Simple Breakfast Sandwich

Canadian Bacon included.



  • 1 Egg

Step 1

In a skillet or non-stick pan, fry the egg to your preference (sunny-side, over-easy, scrambled etc) in olive oil.


  • 1 slice Canadian Bacon

Step 2

Add bacon to the skillet, frying both sides until edges slightly brown. After cooked place on top of egg.


  • 1 English Muffin

Step 3

Slice english muffin in half, either placeon skillet and fry in the already existing oil, or place in a toaster oven and toast.


  • 1 Non-Fat American Cheese Slices

Step 4

Place cheese slice on muffin slice accompanied by the egg and bacon.
