To Die For Mac and Cheese

A recipe for Mac and Cheese that I have altered to suit my family demands it at least once a month.



  • 1 pound Elbow Macaroni Pasta, Cook Pasta according to package directions until just done.

Step 1

Preheat Oven to 350 degrees. Cook pasta according to pasta directions just until done.


  • 2 cans Canned Cheddar Cheese Soup
  • 2 cans Evaporated Milk
  • 58 cup Butter
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper

Step 2

Combine ingredients in large baking dish (9x13) until smooth. add cooked macaroni noodles. Stir together until evenly coated.


  • 6 cups Grated Cheddar Cheese

Step 3

add 1/2 of the cheese and mix into the noodles. add remaining cheese to cover. cover with foil and bake for 20-25 minutes. remove foil and continue to bake until cheese on top forms a golden brown crust.
