Tomato Spinach Chicken Spaghetti

  • 14 cup Canned Sun-Dried Tomatoes, chopped and drained of oil
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil, drained from tomatoes
  • 14 teaspoon Salt
  • 14 teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes
  • 12 pound Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast, chopped, raw

Step 1

Heat on medium heat until no longer pink - about 5 min.


  • 4 Roma Tomato, chopped
  • 14 cup Basil Leaf, chopped
  • 8 ounces Fresh Spinach
  • 3 cloves Garlic, chopped

Step 2

Add to skillet and cook 3-5 min ynti wilted. Can add more oil or salt to taste. Remove from heat and cover with lid and keep off heat.


  • 6 ounces Angel Hair Pasta, or spaghetti

Step 3

Cook according to pasta instructions, drain and add to skillet Reheat and mix well until coated and add additional seasoning if desired.
