Directions

Ingredients

  • 1 can Salmon, 14 3/4 oz can of Double "Q" brand

Step 1

Drain salmon; flake.

Ingredients

  • 12 cup Onion, chopped
  • 12 cup Bread Crumbs
  • 12 cup Flour
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • 18 teaspoon Pepper

Step 2

Combine all ingredients except oil. Form 6 patties.

  • Vegetable Oil

Step 3

Pan-fry in lightly oiled skillet about 5 minutes or until lightly browned; turn halfway through cooking time.
