Triple Layer Pumpkin Spice Pie

simple yet a favorite; when you can find pumpkin spice pudding mix by as much as you can

Directions

Ingredients

  • 2 boxes Pumpkin Spice Flavor Instant Pudding Mix
  • 14 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
  • 2 cups Whole Milk

Step 1

Beat dry pudding mixes, cinnamon and milk in medium bowl with whisk 2 minutes.

Ingredients

  • 1 Graham Cracker Pie Crust Shell

Step 2

Spread 1 1/2 cups of pudding mixture into bottom of pie crust.

  • 1 Cool Whip

Step 3

Stir 1 1/2 cups cool whip into remaining pudding ; spread over pudding layer in crust. top with remaining cool whi.

Ingredients

  • 12 cup Pecan Halves
  • 1 tablespoon Honey

Step 4

Refrigerate 1 hour. meanwhile cook nuts and honey in skillet on medium low heat 2-4 minutes or until nuts are caramelized, stirring frequently.spread onto waxed paper, separating larger clusters. cool.
 

Step 5

Sprinkle nuts over pie just before serving.
