Turkey Joe's

A light alternative to the original sloppy joes. Quick, easy, tasty, light and healthy!



  • 1 pound Ground Turkey, cook on medium on stovetop.

Step 1

Cook ground turkey on medium over stovetop.


  • 12 cup Onion, chopped
  • 12 cup Green Pepper, chopped

Step 2

Add green peppers and onions and sauté for 5 minutes.


  • 12 cup Ketchup
  • 1 teaspoon Yellow Mustard
  • 12 teaspoon Brown Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce

Step 3

Add ketchup, mustard, brown sugar and worcestershire sauce.

Step 4

Sauté all ingredients on low for 5-10 minutes.

Step 5

Serve on lettuce wraps for a low carb option or bun of choice.
