Tuscan Bean Dip

A delicious and healthy dip to serve with toasted pita chips. Beware that this one is spicy and gets more so as it sits.



  • 1 can Canned Great Northern Beans, 14 oz.
  • 4 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 14 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 2 tablespoons White Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 12 tablespoons White Wine Vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
  • 2 teaspoons Dried Ground Thyme
  • 2 teaspoons Dried Cracked Rosemary
  • 12 teaspoon Kosher Salt, or to taste
  • 12 teaspoon Fine Ground Black Pepper, or to taste

Step 1

Puree all ingredients together in food processor until small chunks of bean remain.


  • 1 package Pita Bread

Step 2

Cut pita into triangles and toast under broiler until golden and crisp.
