Vegan Shamrock Shake

A very healthy version of McDonald's iconic shake!

Directions

Ingredients

  • 8 scoops Vanilla Soy Ice Cream, or Rice Ice Cream
  • 2 cups Vanilla Soy Milk, or Rice Milk
  • 14 teaspoon Peppermint Extract
  • 3 drops Green Food Coloring

Step 1

Put all ingredients in a blender.
 

Step 2

Blend. Add more milk substitute or ice cream to achieve desired consistency. Enjoy. And add some chocolate syrup if you wish.
