Ingredients

  • 1 Garlic Clove, Crushed
  • 1 Red Chile Pepper, Sliced
  • Olive Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Ground Cumin
  • 125 grams Fresh Chestnut Mushrooms, Quartered
  • 200 grams Canned Tomatoes
  • 200 grams Canned Kidney Beans
  • 75 Green Beans, Cut into lengths

Step 1

Fry the garlic and chilli in 1 tbsp olive oil for 2 minutes. Add the cumin and mushrooms and cook for 3 minutes.
 

Step 2

Add the tomatoes, kidney beans and 200ml water, stir and simmer for 10 minutes.
 

Step 3

Add the green beans and cook for another 5 minutes until the sauce is thickened and veg is tender.
