Directions

Ingredients

  • 12 cup Chopped Onion
  • 2 teaspoons Butter

Step 1

Cook onion in large sauce pan over med-high heat until tender.

Ingredients

  • 4 cups Broth, i used beef broth and it brought some nice flavor
  • 2 medium Potatoes, peeled and chopped (2 cups)
  • 1 cup Green Beans, cut in half
  • 4 medium Baby Carrots, peeled sliced and halved (1 cup)
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Tarragon
  • 12 teaspoon Freshly Ground Pepper
  • 1 cup Frozen Peas
  • 1 cup Frozen Corn

Step 2

Everybody in the pool!!!Heat to a boil reduce heat. Simmer for 20 minutes or until veges are tender.
