Watermelon Salad With Feta And Mint

  • 13 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 3 tablespoons Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 2 teaspoons Kosher Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Tabasco Sauce
  • 12 teaspoon Freshly Ground Pepper

Step 1

In a large bowl, whisk the oil, lemon juice, salt, Tabasco, and pepper.


  • 8 pounds Seedless Watermelon, cut into 1.5 in cubes
  • 2 cups Crumbled Feta Cheese
  • 1 small Red Onion, cut into 1/2-inch dice
  • 1 cup Fresh Mint, coarsely chopped

Step 2

Add the watermelon, feta, and onion and toss gently. Garnish with the mint and serve.
