White Chocolate Strawberry Cheesecake Cookies

Step 1

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.


  • 8 ounces Cream Cheese, softened
  • 1 cup Butter, softened
  • 1 12 cups Light Brown Sugar, packed
  • 12 cup White Sugar
  • 2 packages Instant White Chocolate Pudding Mix, small packs
  • 1 tablespoon Pure Vanilla Extract

Step 2

Beat together the cream cheese, butter, brown sugar, white sugar, pudding mixes and vanilla until creamy and well combined.


  • 4 large Eggs

Step 3

Beat in the eggs until fluffy.


  • 4 12 cups Flour
  • 2 teaspoons Baking Soda

Step 4

Add the flour and baking soda in three additions, beating on low speed after each addition.


  • 2 cups Freeze-dried Strawberries, 2 oz
  • 4 cups White Chocolate Chips, 2x 12oz bags

Step 5

Add the strawberries and white chocolate chips. Beat until well combined. The strawberries will break up, which is what you want.

Step 6

Drop dough with a 3 Tbsp cookie scoop onto ungreased baking sheet. Bake for 10 minutes or until edges are lightly golden and centers are almost set.
