Yogurt Mint Sauce

A cool dipping sauce ideal to offset spicy meats.



  • 2 Scallions, chopped including about half the greens
  • 1 package Fresh Mint, destemmed and chopped, about 1/2 cup
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Dill

Step 1

Chop all finely. Optionally, use small food processor bowl.


  • 1 tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 12 teaspoon Sea Salt
  • 12 teaspoon Freshly Ground Black Pepper
  • 7 ounces Plain Greek Yogurt

Step 2

Mix in remaining ingredients.

Step 3

Cover and refrigerate before serving.
