I'm a non-traditional college student, double majoring in Culinary Arts and Hotel/Restaurant Management. I live in Appleton, Wisconsin with my incredible life partner and best friend, Brian, and our two furbabies (cats) Cojack and Fergie. My focus in life is to spend my days improving myself, making a difference in the life of someone else, and/or making the world a better place to live in! After graduation from college, I hope to open a community resource center, offering hot meals, job placement assistance, and culinary instruction using "pay it forward" principles. I believe that providing good food does more than warm an empty stomach. When presented with love, food can feed a heart and mind as well! Here's to feeding your inner chef!
