Texas Sheet Cake

Ultra easy cake that will serve a large crowds.
American Dessert Less Than 1 Hour
1 cup Vegetable Oil, or 2 sticks of butter, melted
1 cup Water
4 tablespoons Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
Step 1 Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. Bring oil, water and cocoa to a boil. Remove from heat.
2 cups Flour
2 cups Sugar
12 teaspoon Fine Sea Salt
Step 2 Add the dry ingredients to the oil/water/cocoa mixture. Stir to combine.
2 large Eggs
12 cup Buttermilk, or sour cream
1 teaspoon Baking Soda
Step 3 Beat two eggs in a bowl. Add the buttermilk (or sour cream) and baking soda. Mix well.
  Step 4 Add egg mixture to the chocolate mixture and mix well. Pour batter into a greased jelly roll pan (16x10x1). Bake in a preheated oven for 20 to 22 minutes. Meanwhile, make the frosting.
1 stick Butter
8 teaspoons Milk, 6 to 8 teaspoons
4 tablespoons Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
Step 5 Bring butter, cocoa, and milk to a boil in a saucepan.
1 box Confectioner's (Icing) Sugar, 3/4 to 1 box
1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
1 cup Chopped Walnuts, or pecans
Step 6 Remove from the heat and add the powdered sugar (sift it first if lumpy). Add the vanilla. Spread the icing on the Texas Sheet Cake while it is still warm. Sprinkle with chopped nuts, if desired. ENJOY!
